We’re delighted to have provided visits over the Autumn for a wide selection of teenagers from schools across Bucks to learn about vocational opportunities on farms and in the countryside.  We included farm to fork cooking with everyone enjoying making things like flatbreads, Speedy Biryani, Beef and Marscapone Meatballs, Chicken Stir Fry and Fresh Burgers.  They watched demonstrations of portioning a chicken, looking at prices, reducing waste, increasing flavour and also traditional sausage making.
