Many thanks to the 100 people who helped us enjoy a wonderful barn dance and raise over £800. We danced to the Wick Trimmers band and revelled in the glorious singing of the generous and lovely Isla St Clair – what a fabulous voice! Special thanks to The Cock and Rabbit at the Lee, to Aylesbury Broadfields Tesco and Big Blue Sky for their kind help with raffle prizes and to Fiona Faber for a gorgeous flower bouquet.
We had around 400 wonderful visitors of all ages to Open Farm Sunday. Walks and talks with Farmer David were hugely popular as were the tiny chirpy pheasant chicks kindly given by George Davis of local Game to Eat at Denner Hill.
